“There is a way through every block” -Yogi Bhajan

I believe with all my heart, that no matter what you are struggling with right now, together we can find a way to your freedom and peace. What if, that perhaps with every challenge you currently face and have faced, therein lies your greatest treasure?! Love is the ultimate healer.
Together, we will hold unconditionally loving and compassionate space for you to receive whatever you are needing. There’s nothing you need to say, do, change, or fix in order to become better – you already are your perfectly whole self in this very moment as always – it’s just sometimes in life we can lose sight and forget our true selves through all the pain and suffering.

I see “psychotherapy” and life as a journey home to the true self – a shift in perception from fear to love.
Life is really $%#!@*& hard sometimes … But it is also full of magnificent wonder and joy in the midst of the pain we all experience as human beings on this earth. Acknowledging and honoring that what you are experiencing is hard is the first step—bringing compassionate awareness to your pain. I will hold space with you and deeply and compassionately listen and respond to what you are sharing with words, and to what you are saying even without words. We will access the wisdom of the heart as our guide. I offer an integrated approach that practically weaves elements of spiritual and natural healing into evidence-based practices. These include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, Humanistic Sandtray, Restorative Yin Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation, and Life Coaching – just to name a few of the infinite possibilities.

    infinite possibilities

I believe mind, body and spirit are all interconnected, and therefore in order to support the healing of the whole person we must work on all levels of being. That is why I offer holistic modalities. Therapy, like life, is really all about the process, or journey, more than the outcome or destination.
A simple shift in perception from fear to
    Love

is all it truly takes for the miracle to occur—and this can happen in an instant, perhaps even when we come together with intention during your session. So please come with an open mind and open heart expecting a miracle.

About Jillian

Originally from Ocean City, New Jersey, I’ve lived gratefully in Asheville, North Carolina since 2007. I love to experience different cultures, and I’ve travelled extensively for several years in Ukraine, Poland, Western Europe, Cuba and Mexico and most recently South Africa. I love to sip fine tea, eat yummy whole foods, run in the woods, cycle, dance, practice yoga, meditation, and prayer. My own journey of healing and recovery in life has led me here today. I hope our paths will cross soon if that is meant to be.
